1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with LinedWithLove, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
2. Products and Services
LinedWithLove creates custom line art designs from customer-provided photos and prints them on various products including apparel, accessories, home goods, and greeting cards.
Photo Requirements:

Photos should ideally feature 2 people for optimal design results

For more than 2 people, the design will be scaled smaller to fit

Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos produce the best results

Customer must own rights to all photos submitted
3. Customisation and Approval
Once we create your line art design, we will send you a preview for approval (If you requested, if you didn't we will not send you the preview). Minor adjustments can be requested at this stage. Once approved, the design will proceed to production and cannot be modified.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include the cost of creating your custom line art design. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
5. Production Time
Standard production times:

Line art creation: 2-3 business days

Production after approval: 1-2 business days

Shipping: 3-7 business days (standard)
Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the photos you submit. By uploading photos, you grant LinedWithLove permission to create line art designs and use them to fulfill your order. The line art designs created become your property upon full payment.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once the design process has started, cancellations may not be possible. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
8. Limitation of Liability
LinedWithLove is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

At LinedWithLove, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to absolutely love your custom keepsake. This refund policy outlines our commitment to making things right if you're not completely happy.
Design Approval Process
Before we print your design, we'll send you a preview for approval (If you requested, if you don't request we will not do so). This is your opportunity to:

Review the line art design

Request minor adjustments if needed (only revise one time)

Approve the design for production
Once you approve the design, we proceed with production. This approval process helps ensure you're happy with your keepsake before it's made.
Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours of order: Full refund available if design work hasn't started.
After 24 hours: Orders may not be cancelled once the design process has begun, as our artists have already started working on your custom piece.
Quality Issues
If your product arrives with any of the following issues, we'll make it right:

Manufacturing defects (misprints, incorrect colors, damaged items)

Incorrect product shipped

Damaged during shipping
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll either send a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.
Design Dissatisfaction
If you're not satisfied with how the line art turned out (different from the approved preview), please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with you to:

Revise the design

Create a new product with the revised design

Provide a partial or full refund depending on the situation
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind after approving the design

Poor photo quality affecting the line art result (if you approved the preview)

Products that have been worn, washed, or used

Orders placed more than 30 days ago
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Include photos if reporting a quality issue

Explain the reason for your refund request
We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and get back to you with next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow your bank an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by checking your order status in your account.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

Check with neighbors or building management

Verify the shipping address on your order

Contact us within 7 days – we'll work with the carrier to locate your package
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realise there's an error within 24 hours of ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Rush Orders
Unfortunately we do not offer an express service.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak seasons (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll display any delays prominently on our website and in order confirmation emails.
